All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, texture, and scent intensity. This is part of the artisan nature of our products and not a defect.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment is processed securely through PayFast.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
